When you register or log in, we process: email address, nickname/name (if provided). Used for account identification, notification delivery, and security verification.

2. Usage Data

To provide "server availability monitoring/heartbeat tasks" capabilities, we store data related to you in the backend PocketBase, including but not limited to:

Server targets you create (such as name, address, probe path, request method, whether enabled, etc.)
Task records and results created and executed by the system for you (status, response time, status code, error message, return data summary, etc.)
Metadata related to tasks/servers such as creation time, update time, etc.

3. Device & Application Information

We may read limited device and application information (such as app version, platform type) only for compatibility and troubleshooting; we do not collect sensitive information unrelated to monitoring.

How We Use Information

Provide and improve core features such as monitoring/heartbeat checks
Display statistics and historical records (such as number of tasks and failures in the last 24 hours)
Account security (token verification, email verification) and necessary notifications
Retention and auditing under compliance requirements (only within the minimum scope required by law)

Data Storage & Security

Data is primarily stored in the PocketBase backend. We reduce risks through access token control, minimum permission access, necessary encrypted storage, etc. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, please understand and properly safeguard your account information.

Third-Party Sharing

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties except as required by laws and regulations or with your explicit consent. We will only share in the following circumstances when necessary:

Based on laws and regulations, litigation, regulatory requirements, or government orders
To protect the safety, rights, and property of the application and users, within the necessary and legal scope

Data Retention

In principle, we will retain necessary data during your use of the service. You can request deletion of self-created server targets and task records; for compliance or security purposes, we may continue to retain some record logs for the minimum necessary period.

Your Rights

Access & Export: You can view main data in the application; contact us if you need to export
Correction & Deletion: You can edit or delete self-created servers and related tasks (subject to functionality and compliance restrictions)
Withdraw Consent & Account Deletion: If you no longer use the service, you can delete your account (if available), and we will process your data according to regulations

Protection of Minors

This service is intended for users with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please use under the guidance of a guardian and have the guardian agree to the relevant terms and policies.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time due to feature/regulatory changes. Important changes will be prompted through prominent positions in the application or on this website. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
